General Affairs Team
- Conducted training and regular inspections to raise awareness of personal data protection
- Installed 5 CCTV cameras to prevent fire in traditional Hanok buildings
- Organized “77 JBNU Train” employee communication program (Jun 13–14, 2024 / 414 participants)
- Installed 4 speed gates in the main lobby to enhance building security
- Set up annual Christmas tree displays to promote harmony with the local community
- Launched “4.5-day work week” system to improve staff work-life balance (monthly application)
- Successfully held the 77th Anniversary Celebration Ceremony (Oct 14, 2024 / 16:00–20:00)
- Hosted 2025 New Year Kickoff Ceremony and paid respects at the National Imsil Patriots Cemetery

- Declared anti-bullying and integrity commitment (Mar 11, 2025)
- Held monthly integrity quizzes (2,079 total participants)
- Delivered tailored anti-corruption/integrity training (479 participants including faculty, staff, students)
- Conducted integrity slogan contest and selected 5 outstanding entries
- Best Slogan of 2025: “Integrity brings change, trust builds the future”
- Appointed 5 members to 1st JBNU Integrity Ombudsman Committee and held 3 meetings
- Established JBNU Anti-Corruption & Integrity Council and held 2 meetings
- Signed MOU with Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission (May 7, 2025)
- Signed MOU with Jeonbuk Audit Association to strengthen audit expertise (May 14, 2025)
- Formed a “clean audit” expert pool (98 internal and external members) for university administrative improvement
