    • Recruitment and selection of dormitory residents

    • Operation of the Dormitory Student Council and Floor Leaders

    • Management of BTL (Build-Transfer-Lease) operations and performance evaluation
    • Fire safety and facility management
    • Budgeting, settlement of accounts, and revenue management

    • Operation of the university-run cafeteria and meal provision

Key Achievements

  • Student Affairs Team
    • Recruitment and selection of 4,987 students for 13 residence halls (capacity: 5,056) as of April 24, 2025
    • Held dormitory orientation (Mar. 12, 2025; in-person: 300 / online: 600 participants)
    • Hosted dormitory student-led events:
      • “Hongwa Dormitory Festival” (Oct. 17, 2024; 500 participants)
      • “Playground Festival” (May 28, 2025; 250 participants)
    • Assigned and managed dormitories for international students (Chamvit Hall) and international families (Changui Hall)
    • Provided accommodation and meals for external program participants (Feeling Korea, Language Camp, Big Data Camp, etc.)
    • Managed move-in/move-out, student complaints, dormitory regulations, and room cleanliness inspections
  • Administrative Affairs Team
    • Conducted fire evacuation, earthquake response, and joint fire drills (Mar. 19, 2025; 1,965 participants)
    • Held quarterly BTL project evaluation committee meetings and customer satisfaction surveys
    • Held Dormitory Fee Deliberation Committee, Dormitory Operation Committee, and Vice Director Committee meetings
    • Operated student convenience facilities: study lounges, parcel storage, fitness rooms
    • Implemented facility improvement projects: inspections, cooling system replacement, waterproofing, elevator repairs, fitness equipment purchase, toilet replacement
    • Improved major facilities for international student dormitories
  • Food Service Team
    • Provided in-house meal services to 1,458 students in Daedong, Hanbit, and Saebit 1 & 2 Halls
    • Planned meal ingredient procurement, managed menus, ensured food safety and hygiene, maintained dining facility sanitation
