Responsibilities

  • Human Rights Center
    • Counseling and investigating cases of sexual harassment, sexual violence, and other human rights violations; operating the Human Rights Center’s subcommittee.
    • Establishing and revising Human Rights Center regulations and rules.
    • Managing online anonymous reporting and case transfer.
    • Developing and operating violence prevention education programs.
    • Operating specialized and large-scale violence prevention education programs.
    • Planning and conducting human rights status surveys.

    • Counseled, received reports, investigated, and resolved cases of sexual harassment, sexual violence, and other human rights violations.
    • Operated violence prevention education programs in 2025:
      • Mar 27, 2025: Sexual violence prevention education for newly appointed professors (first half of the year).
      • May 8, 2025: Introductory training for violence prevention education instructors.
    • Operated violence prevention education programs in 2024 (17,505 students, 2,631 faculty/staff):
      • Mar 14, 2024: Sexual violence prevention education for newly appointed professors (first half).
      • Sep 26, 2024: Sexual harassment prevention education for newly appointed professors (second half).
      • May 8, 2024: Introductory training for violence prevention education instructors.
      • Operated LMS-based violence prevention education in 2024 (17,522 students, 1,320 faculty/staff).
    • Conducted Jeonbuk National University human rights status survey in 2024 (May 1 – Oct 22; 1,187 respondents).
    • Operated violence prevention education programs in 2023 (8,009 students, 2,495 faculty/staff):
      • Mar 6, 2023: Sexual harassment prevention education for new employees at the main campus.
      • Mar 31, 2023: Sexual violence prevention education for newly appointed professors (first half).
      • Nov 8, 2023: Sexual harassment prevention education for newly appointed professors (second half).
      • Operated LMS-based violence prevention education in 2023 (7,657 students, 1,172 faculty/staff).
